    I certainly hear you there. One thing I try to do is I buy Cheerios or other light snacks, I break it down into serving sizes and keep them in ziplock bags that way I just have to grab and go and I know I’m only eating 1 serving at a time. I also log everything in MyFitnessPal.

    Went over my calarie goal by 290 today. I’m so angry at myself. Tomorrow is another day.

    Tried a new recipe from Pinterest. It is called Green Chili Chicken Bake. I found it under a search for Keto diet recipes. It was delicious!

    I’m doing well. Trying to remember to make time each day for myself to exercise. How are you doing?

    • I am really busy and it takes effort to take food with me so I not tempted to eat out, which is pretty hard to find a good selection of food that is not processed.

    Down 6 pounds from Saturday’s weigh in. I haven’t had any Soda and am trying a Keto diet.
