Join a Fitness 4 Living Fitcamp class every Saturday morning and enjoy a group fitness class that is anything but routine! Fitcamp fitness classes are interval and circuit style workouts that are designed for all fitness levels. The classes incorporate fun, innovative, and creative activities with lots of variety to help you improve your strength, cardiovascular health, balance, mobility and flexibility. Classes use functional fitness to meet the needs of an active adult from Generation X to Boomers and beyond.
